- You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Timeline

- For metro cities, delivery may be faster. For remote areas, it may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders – no minimum order required.
- No additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Service Coverage
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS/WhatsApp update with tracking details.
- You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
- If the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at contactarelafashion@gmail.com.
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted.

1. Refunds
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- A refund will be processed only if the order is not received by the customer.
2. Exchanges
- We offer exchange only (no refunds) for the following product categories:
- Nightsuits
- Coord Sets
- Nightdresses
- Short Nightsuits
- Maternity Nightdresses
- Baby Dolls are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene reasons.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.
- Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
4. Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at contactarelafashion@gmail.com
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- After receiving and verifying the product, we will dispatch the replacement.
5. Shipping for Exchange
- All return pickup and replacement shipping charges will be borne by the seller.
